Traditional hot air guns can be bulky and difficult to manoeuvre when working under a microscope. The YIHUA 8509-I changes the game with its ultra-lightweight, pen-style handle. Designed to be held exactly like a writing instrument, it provides unparalleled dexterity and control, allowing you to target microscopic 01005 and 0201 components without disturbing adjacent parts.
Pinpoint Airflow & Thermal Stability
Standard rework stations push too much air, often blowing tiny SMDs off the board. The 8509-I utilises a specialised brushless motor delivering a maximum airflow of just 3.5L/min. Combined with advanced PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) temperature control technology, the station monitors and corrects the temperature in milliseconds, ensuring a static stability of 卤1掳C. You get exactly the heat you need, exactly where you need it.
Seamless Nozzle Swapping
Efficiency is key on the repair bench. This station comes complete with a heavy-duty metallic stand featuring a built-in nozzle extractor. This allows you to safely and instantly swap between the 8 included micro-nozzles with a single hand, even whilst the unit is at operating temperature. Furthermore, placing the handle in the stand automatically triggers a cool-down phase, preserving the life of the ceramic heating element.

How to Use
- Select the appropriate micro-nozzle for your component and attach it using the quick-change extraction stand.
- Switch on the main power unit and use the interface to set your desired temperature and airflow rate.
- Wait a few seconds for the LCD screen to indicate that the target temperature has been reached and stabilised.
- Hold the pen-style handle like a writing instrument and apply targeted hot air to the SMD component.
- Once finished, place the handle back into the stand. The unit will automatically enter cool-down mode to protect the heating element before sleeping.
